'Magnum Opus' Fine Art Print
This creation stands as a pinnacle in my artistic journey, a profound endeavor sparked by the chance to craft something extraordinary for my dear friend, the tattoo industry stalwart Miki Vialetto. Originating from a call after our memorable visit to Frankfurt, this piece evolved into an adventurous playful masterpiece. Themed "Gods of Ink" for an upcoming Tattoo Convention, it weaves a chicano style, iconic landmarks and German influences into a tapestry of dreams. A dreamer awakens to the realization that the dream was lived all along in a surreal world. Birds symbolize the dualities of life—trapped in world of comedy and tragedy, while others, guided by the God Hermes, soar free. Spectators, once mortals, now share the stage with gods, witnessing the unfolding reality of what they once deemed a mere dream. The iconic grey cloud, grinning, acknowledges the attainability of aspirations. Much like an opera, this unique masterpiece embodies the essential elements, making it a singular and extraordinary creation.
